Welcome to the 360 degree appraisal page for our Leadership Team.
This 360 degree appraisal provides an additional dimension to our performance management framework and the ongoing development programme for our Society's leaders. As such, your honesty will be greatly appreciated, both in the scoring/rating components of the questionnaire and also the qualitative section. This qualitative feedback cannot be overestimated as it will provide the appraisee with tangible examples of where they have (or have not) demonstrated a particular competency or behaviour, required of all of them in their leadership role.
The questionnaire should take 20 - 30 minutes to complete and your time is greatly appreciated as your feedback will enable our leaders to gain invaluable insight into how a sample of their key stakeholders perceive them. This will provide them an opportunity to develop the necessary behaviours and skills to ensure that the Society continues leading the fight against dementia.
